Spending and Flows
Where the money went — and where it flows.
Every transaction is read down to the merchant behind the card processor, filed to a category, and matched to its other half when money moved between your own accounts. Spending shows where it went; Flows shows what came in, what went out and what stayed.
What it answersStandard
Spending
- Transfers between your own accounts are paired, never counted as spending.
- Correct a category once and it becomes a rule — with a replay that shows what the rule would change before it does.
- Payment apps and card processors read down to the business behind them.
Spending
September came to 4,951.22 — groceries up 9% on August, dining out down 14%.

How does it know what “SQ *FERNWAY” is?
It looks the merchant up once — the name, the place, the kind of business — and asks you only when it cannot tell.
