Privacy statement for this site.
What myfipano.com collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Effective 8 October 2026.
The short version
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from anyone else's servers. If you reserve a place, we keep your email and the answers you give, use them only to write to you when your account opens, and never sell or share them.
What we collect
- When you visit: our web server records each request — the page, the time, your IP address and your browser's name — as every web server does. We use these records only to keep the site running and secure, and they are deleted after 14 days.
- When you reserve a place: your email address, the plan you chose, how many people keep the books, what you use now if you say, the time, that you read this statement, and the internet address the reservation came from (kept with its record, to stop abuse).
What we do with it
We use your reservation for one thing: to write to you when your account is ready to open. We do not send newsletters or marketing from it. We do not sell, rent or share it with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else touches it
The site is served through a network provider that carries the traffic and protects against attacks, and runs on servers rented from a hosting company. They process requests on our behalf and may not use them for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep a reservation until your account opens or for two years, whichever comes first, and delete it sooner if you ask.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will do it within 30 days and tell you when it is done. If you live in California, you have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act; we do not sell or share personal information as that law defines it.
Your account, when it opens
Using Panorama itself — connecting accounts, keeping books — comes with its own privacy notice, which you will see and accept before your account is created.
Changes
If this statement changes, the new version and its date will be here. If a change affects a reservation you have made, we will write to tell you.
